We will discuss whatever you need to discuss during the sessions.

I will help you find peace and calm in your life using mindfulness, breathing techniques and the power of positivity.

Book your first slot and any subsequent sessions will be booked directly with me.

Every Thursday at 2pm

A 45-minute chair based session mixing elements of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates with functional movements.

rest and relaxation

Every Thursday at 3pm

£7

A 45-minute chair based session using mindfulness, breathing and positivity to encourage your body to relax.

Every Thursday at 2pm and 3pm

£10

Book both classes and get a £4 reduction in price.
